UW Badgers spank Pitt Panthers

Mios Dio, the Badgers took an 8-0 lead before Pitt even scored. I know that the Panthers led briefly in the first half , but I don't think they were ever within 10 in the second.
Looking forward to watching Bucky in a New Years Day bowl game, and the way this is playing out , the Final Freakin' Four.

So, does this mean that no one cares about NCAA basketball until the final four? Number 7 upset number 2 today. Being a fan of #7, thats a big deal!!

The badgers played great today. If they played all their games in Madison they would not lose. I have a friend in Madison who tried to scalp tickets today. Cheapest he could find were $150 bucks each. He walked over to State Street and had a great time watching it on a big screen. Wisconsin fans are unblievable.

Badger fans are great! they are like Cubs fan, loyal no matter what and wild and crazy when they win! that's part of the fun of living here. You should see the fans at the women's games; unbelievable.

Way to go Pack!! And the all time leader in NFL receptions!

The MILWAUKEE Journal sports page was great today, the top 3/4ths was all about the Badger win. That small Jesuit school in Milwaukee (Marquette?) also won and was relegated to page 7. I love it!

Wisconsin is coming down here to Athens on Dec. 31st to play Georgia. They'll probably kill us but UGA is coming off a big win against Gonzaga. Should be a fun game. Go Dawgs!!

Lucky for you the game is in Athens, I can't remember the last time the Badgers lost at the Kohl Center in Madison. Hope the game is televised, wait, its on New Years Eve, guess I'll read about it in the paper next year.
