Is the BP beach bar still open?

I gather that the dispute over the ownership of the condos at the BP is still going strong, but has that affected the beach bar at all? I have not been able to get in touch with Paula, our wedding coordinator, in the past few weeks and I'm beginning to worry that our wedding at the ****** will be affected by the current situation....should I worry?

We were there the week after Thanksgiving and saw 2 BP beach weddings, if that makes you feel any better.

Very nice! Check out my trip report, I think you can see the set up in the background of a few of my pics

I certainly would be worried if my wedding coordinator was unreachable.

Send a message via Yahoo to spicycabanagirl
I would also be concerned. I think you need to get a local contact to help you get in touch with the people concerned. Would anyone at Fusion be able to find anything out for you? I hope it works out ok, but just to be sure I would be digging hard.
