That's when I was in Mexico last time.....the immigration agent said I needed a passport. I've never been asked for a ml in seven years....but we've only flew in to Puerto Vallarta....maybe Cancun officals ask for different information.

When I went to Mexico last year I took BC, ML and DD just because my travel agent said it was better to be safe and have it all just in case they asked. Don't remember them ever really looking at all of them.
