Presents from Mom and Dad get wrapped and put out(as it's hard to hide everything for 4 kids
) Then Santa brings them other stuff that is put out Christmas Eve after bedtime, so they see it when they wake up. We wait to open gifts until my parents get here. We go to the in-laws Christmas Eve and they get to open everything from them that evening.Terry just called a bit ago, and his response was "Well isn't that interesting?? Did you beat her?" I asked when they'd be home, tomorrow morning!! So I wonder how many will be opened tonight Maybe I'll sleep on the sofa! Thanks everyone for the suggestions, and yes Shirlee, I think a call from Santa is a must!! |

I think it is funny that your little doggie was trying to warn you !
My step daughters son (my step grandson) did the same thing a few years ago.....and he took all the decorations off the tree (he was about the same age as your little girl). Who knows why they do the things they do. She was so mad she just packed up everything and canceled Christmas. I think she just let him keep all the toys. |

Just remember
- they'll only be little girls for a short time -you have a great story to tell later -you'll know next year that nothing can go under the tree prior to Christmas -although you were mad, think of how cute the story would be if it had happed to someone else! -did you grab the camera and take some pictures? (I live by the camera..it's always an arms reach away) I never know what to expect with a 2-1/2 year old! -Angelita |

) And I was holding her trying to get her to calm down. She had her face down, but was glaring at me thru her hair. So, I tell her it'd be really sad if her face stuck that way because she looked so angry. And that when she got older people would say "oh look, here comes angry girl!" To which she calmly replied "well so, i'll just tell them they are stupid assholes!!"

That is too funny! She does sound like she will be a handful all right. I can't count how many pairs of sisters I know where the older one is so quiet, calm and responsible...and the younger one is a total hellion! Birth order psychology I guess. |
