Howdy! Can't Wait til March

Hello everyone. Hubby, 9 yo son, and myself are spending spring break in Playa. March 10-17 to be exact. We don't have any excursions set up as of yet but I am now starting my research. Hubby and I were in Cancun over the 4th of July this past year and had a blast. We stayed at the Riu Cancun and loooved it so we booked this trip at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya. It looks beautiful and my son is excited about the AI food and drinks--he loves fancy non alcoholic concoctions....I think he is becoming as high maint. as I am!!!

Look forward to learning lots from everyone and will be browsing through this board often.

cmsitaly: Just read your trip report....awesome job. Seeing all those food pictures are really killing my beach diet attempts! I so hungry now.
The Discovery Jungle Trip looks cool. I bet my son would love it.
As for your hangovers, when we were in the Abacos in November our friends turned me onto these "hangover" pills. You take 2 with your first drink and then take one more later. I was a little skeptical but tried them anyway and the worked. I didn't have a hangover the rest of the trip. Obviously we drank a lot because I can't remember the name of the darn things....

southwind: I am looking forward to being "high maintenance" in March. I am already planning on at least one massage....I scheduled one first thing in the morning in Cancun and it made my hangover better.
