The clothes fitting looser is a good measure. Some of my pants are baggy! Some of the Capri's I wore last year are too big and so I tried on the ones that I had last year that were too tight. And they fit! Now I'm just waiting for the one's in storage totes in my other closet from about 4 years ago to fit. Baby steps.
I agree. 5 lbs is great. The big thing is how your clothes are fitting.

Way to go PB What a great feeling to pull out those clothes and find that they fit.

I went back to my trainer, Troy today. I'm going to workout with him Mondays and Wednesdays for 2 months. He took it pretty easy on me today, but I know I'll be sore tomorrow. He also made me vow to stay on top of my food journal or punishment will follow. Keeping the journal really helps you realize what is going into your body. Especially the alcohol

I refuse to remind myself of the quantity of alcohol I consume.

For the most part, I don't have to remind myself how much I drank. Someone usually does it for me

Heya bebe... I should get Keith to pack up and come down on one of our trips. If we got all the interested people together he could bikini boot-camp us and pay for his own trip. Not a bad idea... hmmmm

and it's not that I want to see him in boyshorts either - really, I sweah... stop laughing!

He kicked my butt so soundly tonight that on my last mode of torture (HIIT on the bike) I actually had an audience cheering me on. Tonight's workout was based on complex maneuvers (sp) - lunge/presses, squat/presses - a bunch of things that I can't remember because I lost consciousness somewhere around 12 minutes in

btw, the "Turbulence Training" link I posted is good only until Wednesday.

Finished my first day on my healthy eating plan. Ate all day and only consumed 1096 calories. Plenty of protien too!! Did you know that four cups of spinach is just 20 calories. Of course steamed it's only about 3/4 cups, but still, it's healthy and filling. Just waiting for the wine maker's to come out with calorie free wine

I went to 'fat club' earlier (WW) and rather than putting on a few pounds which is what I'd expected, I'd lost half a pound just like last week!

I don't understand it!..I haven't been to the gym or 'body combat' for three weeks now, and I've been eating chocolate every night too!

They did warn me though to be careful as it could quite easily 'jump up and bite me on the arse' next week so I might go to the gym first thing in the morning after work.
