wading pool for my little guy?

k, for starters, yes, i used the search function
i am looking for a small hotel, not an AI, that maybe has a shallow pool for my son to enjoy...i know the porto real has a shallow part to their pool, but i think an AI would be wasted on us...not really into drinking games and all-you-can-eats...lol
anyone know of one?
my other option would be to either buy or bring one of those blow-up kiddie pools and then donate it to a local family before we leave. does walmart/chadraui sell kiddie pools?

Have a look at the Riviera Del Sol. They have a small pool that would be good for kids.

Although I have never stayed there, this is a great part of town. You would also be extremely close the the beach clubs.

When are you going? We've been several times in Feb and often the pools are a little to chilly for us, let alone the little guy! I would buy a blow up little pool, it should heat up pretty quickly and then donate it to a local family that works at the hotel you end up staying at or on the beach.

Don't count on WalMart or Mega to have a kid wading pool....they may or may not have them in...Take one along in your suitcase... Also we brought along a neat little floatie...(you can see it in some of my trip reprt pics)..It folded down nice & small!!

We stayed at the Mimi Del Mar a couple of years back and they have a pool that is right beside the beach with a bunch of palapas right by. It's beach front and between 4th and 6th or 6th and 8th. Either way, we liked the place. We had a basic room, but it still had a nice balcony, and a mini kitchen.

Or you could always visit WalMart before you leave and get one of those blow up pools to stick in your suit case. It wouldn't take up much space before you inflated it...Then you could donate it to the hotel when you leave!!

Have a good trip.
