Report Bad Post Icon?

I have noticed icons on certain members profiles where you can be sent to leave a message to "Report Bad Post". I don't have one. Can you tell me more about them and their use.

Hey Doug, I suppose you mean this one:
It should next to every post and it does what it says: you can report a Bad Post with it. Think Spam or Offensive posts for example. When you click that icon you'll be able to describe (in a dialogue box in a new page) why you are reporting and then your message will go to all Moderators on that forum and the Admin of the site so they can do something about it, if applicable.

You can't see your own. I guess that's 'cause you can't report yourself.
