These are some of my favorite recipes, and they are all very easy to make. I've attached them for easy copying.
Artichoke linguini
Stuffed peppers
Tuna noodle casserole
Curried lentil and spinach soup
Benihana ginger salad dressing

groannnnnnn! Why are you punishing me?!?!?! I'm supposed to be cutting back...not being tempted by new recipes!

actually, the stuffed peppers and lentil soup are pretty healthy.
you can make the peppers with ground turkey and brown rice and i'm sure they would still be very good (although i've never tried them with the turkey). I make my meatloaf with ground turkey, and actually prefer it that way.
