I have a question - what is the attraction with this place? Is the price really low because it is still under construction? If so, how low? I see descriptions of a place that has construction noise, rip-off prices, rocky beach, sufficiently out of the way that travel costs to anywhere of interest add up quickly, and so on. It seems to me that a week camping in a tent at one of the gravel pits I saw between Cancun and Playa would be just as enjoyable.
