Admit it, you just feel a little intimidated by the macho image.

As long as it is pointed at your man Hilary you view this as tasteless. But if it
was pointed at Mitt Romney and his religion you'd call it fair game.

Actually the first part of the mission was accomplished very well and very quick. They pushed Sadam and his regime out of Bagdag. Too bad that the politicos didn't listen to the militarios about their advice on how to deal with terrorists.

You seem to think that your response here is more valid, but it's not.

I may have to take a day off of work to reflect on what the hell I am thinking lately that causes this many people to actually agree with me!!!

Bibically there is a saying. "When everything seems to be going upside down the end may be near".

From CNN.com

"Hillary is a strong, strong candidate, much stronger than a lot of Republicans want to accept," Huckabee said. "But the reality is that if we put someone up whose views on some of the issues that rally our base don't rally our base, then we're going to be in big trouble."

I like that about him too.....I would imagine he is quite anxious to get a first hand look at what is going on...there was something about September being important in all of this decision-making regarding what we should do going forward in Iraq...and I am betting that President Bush wants to spend some time talking to General Petraeus.....

As you listened to his speech, your could hear for yourself what they most agreed with. Not only did Bush go to Iraq, he went to Anbar Province, a province that had been written off as a lost not more than a year ago.

Yep.. but don't be surprised when the media starts rumors that it was all rehearsed and that these soldiers all had to "try out" to see who could act the happiest. I recall the same crap came out not too long ago when a few soldiers were being interviewed about being in Iraq.
I hope Bush will be able to get the Iraqi Leaders to take a more agressive approach to leading their govt. I think we all want that? Don't we? No matter what party affiliation we support?
