I took tomorrow off to watch the results roll in.

I hope we have a fair, transparent process with no need for any litigation. It's supposed to rain buckets all over Ohio, the whole day...

Have a great time

I'll get home about the time the polls close.

Once again, I am hoping we get 20 minutes beyond closing time before the races in the two "bigger than postage stamp" states are called for Obama

I don't like it when they call it too early either.

But I love to watch CNN's John King work his high tech, computerized delegate map...that's hot.

You mean you don't vote in the primary and then go back at 7:15 PM for the caucus?

Y'all certainly don't do things very logically up there!

Just how can you expect the dnc which is run by lawyers to hold it's elections without litigation? That's like going to a wine tasting event and not drinking any wine.

Maybe it is best to watch at home then

I like it when Bill Schneider and Soledad O'Brien talk about the exit polls - solid info and that May - September thing going on can appeal to gentlemen of a certain age

Your aversion to detailed consideration of these issues continues, I see.

But no matter, in this case, as it is very simple: the connection between all 4 examples is that all the rules were known in advance but the side in question complains of the same lack of fairness you note as a key point.

Occam's Razor was first and foremost about parsimony, I think.

How can the rules be known in advance when written copies of uniform caucus rules do not seem to be available in Texas?

Do you think that is the case?

But even if it were the case, the point holds: you don't go into litigation after the race has already started and only when you face the prospect of losing. You were incensed by my rants against superdelegates, and again, I never advocated litigation. Why is this case different, other than that the candidates complaining are now reversed?

I've just come up with a potentially great idea: I'll just not pay the taxes I don't want to pay, when the tax code starts not to favor me so much, and then when the IRS comes around, I'll ask for a printed version of that tax code and blame on them my apparent failure to request and check that out like I should have before I began working and gaining income in the system and implicitly accepting that same tax code!

This has possibilities...
