Yep on both, they are very mexican.

Chiles Rellenos are truly mexican (not Aztec).

Chilaquiles are the traditional breakfast for a large chunk of the population here. And they are also very pre-hispanic mexican, only the cream or cheese part is an imported thing, as the Aztecs didnīt had any at their time.
