I visited the Mayan Palace in late March for an afternoon timeshare tour. I thought the place was a dump no beach - in the middle of no where they charge for shuttles to town real bad food ugly buildings dust everywhere it had better be cheap. I thought the Hostel in Playa looked much more inviting
