Save the Sea festival, Akumal, Feb. 21-22

Centro Ecológico Akumal (CEA) holds its second annual Save the Sea festival on February 21 and 22 in Akumal.

The ever popular silent auction includes vacation rentals, tours, exotic art, and dinners.

An early morning birding tour, snorkel tour of Akumal Bay, sand sculpting, drumming, yoga, and face painting highlight the festival, which concludes with a gala dinner at Lol Ha restaurant.

Sounds like alot of fun and a great cause, but we don't arrive till the 22 .

If you get to Akumal before happy hour, join us at Lol Ha for the "finals" of the silent auction.

CEA will still have its normal activities in the Center in the following days, so you can stop there too.
