buying a hotel

hello all...

i am looking to buy a hotel in PDC - something small to medium (25-45 rooms), very cool and somewhat close to the beach and 5th avenue.

i have contacted some that are currently for sale, but would like any other leads that you folks might have.

i'll be in playa again in january, and would love to get a business started then.

any help is more than appreciated, and will get you a free room in the future!
