Love this topic!! Use all Mac face products except the mascara...too expensive.
Love the Jergens self tanner moisturizer use it even on my face......not too often or you look jaundice!!
I have the gift of premature silver hair.......which I embraced at age 40.............no more hair colour for me!! So I use AG products for silver hair and Rusk styling cream. I couldn't live without my AG hair wax. I do have a funky haircut to counteract the silver colour!!
Lip balm and gloss are a given. I had braces put on 6 weeks ago so I am going with lighter lip gloss colours. Won't go to bed without slathering Carmex all over my lips.........
Keep the hints coming gals!!..................And Tony too

I'm a medium girlie girl I guess. But not a high price tag one. Not that I'm opposed to it, I just won't spend the money until I know something will look good or work for me... but how will I know if I don't try them? Kind of a catch 22.

I like Clinique mascara, although I heard Lancome has a great one--didn't know which of the 8 variations was THE one and for $25 I wanted to make sure I got the right one, so I haven't tried it yet. I use mostly drugstore and Ulta makeup--I like the Ulta eyeliners that spin up, not the regular pencils. I can't use liquid eyeliner to save my life. I got a train case full of eyeshadows by Ulta for Christmas and I've had fun playing around with them--it's kind of like being in 7th grade again. I like the TruBlend by Cover Girl liquid makeup the best so far. I actually like it better than the Clinique I have. But I'm always open to trying new liquid makeup. I do like the Clinique powder--it's kind of a wetter powder, if that makes sense.

I use the Olay regenerist products for my skin--the serum and the night cream. I'm thinking of trying their new eye cream. My 2nd moisturizer is one by Roc... love the way it smells and feels.

I use Nexxus products for shampooing/conditioning... Shaper Plus hairspray and some of their other hair products. Ion blow dryer, with a retractable cord--my favorite part of that appliance! A professional hot straightening iron that my hair lady got for me--so hot it's scary.

I bathe with Victoria's Secret bubble bath--any of the floral scents... as we say around here, I'm floral not fruity. Mike has to remember that when he's buying me products for the tub. My favorite body moisturizer after I shave my legs is Suave (usually the Powder Scent). It's the only one I can find that doesn't make my legs itch after shaving. The rest of me can be slathered in anything floral.

Not too girlie either but I do have my standards!
I have no idea how much grey I have anymore because I keep it colored and highlighted and keep my hairstylist in beer money!
I love my acrylic nails, I'll never go back to broken peeling nails.
I started using Bare Mineral about 4 years ago and that is all I use, well that and a little Maybelline mascara in the pink tube.
I have short hair so really only need a bit of hairwax, a short burst of hairspray and I'm good to go.

you can get it at the Bath & Body store...You will most likely have to ask for it and it runs $10 bucks a tube...last for a long time though..

I am really enjoying this!! Fun!!

I am in the midst of getting all gussied up for a party tonight. It's an Italian 7 course meal that is served by young Italian couples who are getting married this year and the food is prepared by their mom's and grandmas. Forget the diet accountability thread for now!

All this to say that right now I am doing my roots with Nice N Easy Root Touch Up. I have found this product to be wonderful as it saves me money and it does really do a great job for the in-between visits at the salon. Don't want to drive my hairdresser to drink ya know!! Plus, it is easier on the hair rather that getting bleach put in for highlights every second months.

Another item that I find I can't live without is my Isinis Ceramix hair blower brush. It has a huge round barrel with vents and it gives me the volume that I need and tames frizzies at the same time.

I will come back later to let you know about all the stuff that I really like. I am such a junkie when it comes to stuff like this!

stuff

I like to use Origins moisturizer. I also use the mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick. I don't use foundation or blush since either make me breakout. I also like Burts Bee's chapstick. I am hooked on the Oil of Olay Regenerist serum stuff.
For body lotion, I use Kiss My Face patchouli scented lotion. Biolage shampoo and detangler are what I use for my hair.

Ladies, I fell for the marketing ploy and bought some Reversa today.

Found it at Shoppers Drug Mart here in Canada.

Now I am hoping to get some side effects

I'll keep you informed

Pretty sure I don't qualify for the girlie girl thing. I hate makeup, always have. But there are some things I HAVE to have.

Aveda hair products, their new damage control line rocks. Aveda lip balm and hair color.

Burts Bee's moisturizer and clay face mask, like their lip gloss as well.

I don't use perfume very often, so I love really high quality scented shower gels and soaps. Right now it's The Thyme, Euculyptus, and Sandia Mountain Patchouli. When I do feel like perfume, it's Mariel by H2O Plus, great fresh scent, really don't like anything fruity or floral in perfume.

My real girly weakness comes more in the form of shoes and jackets! Not possible to have too many!

Don't think I'm really a girlie-girl but I do have "tendencies." A few things I can't live without:
  • A "clean" scent lotion: Body by Victoria and Bath & Body Works Cucumber Melon are my flavors right now
  • Bare Minerals make up (don't wear often but it's a must have!)
  • Loreal face wash & toner for sensitive skin
  • Like Olay Regenerist but am trying Dr Wexler serum/ lotion from Bath & Body Works
