Visiting ASP from PP...age differences???
OK...two years ago we stayed at Xpu-Ha Palace with family. Wanted to take oldest daughter to spa at ASP so we had her get an adult bracelet when checking in at Xpu-Ha (she was 17). They gave us a strange look but did it. Went to ASP and had no problems. This year our youngest is 16. Want to return to the spa at ASP. We are staying at the Playacar Palace which is also listed as an adult only resort but has a younger "adult" age than the ASP. Will she be able to visit the spa at ASP???? Are there different wristband colors at Playacar Palace????

Well, I don't know where the other thread is with an answer but I will say so that it's known here as well that the Playacar Palace is NOT an adults only resort. If your daugther is 16, she will not be allowed to go to the ASP as the age of entry there is 18 and up. A 17 year old may have been allowed in because she was wearing an adult bracelet, but a 16 year old probably won't have an adult bracelet so I can't see how they'll allow her to go to ASP.

Yes, the Royal Porto Real (now Royal Playa Del Carmen) changed to adults only on November 1st, but they are still honoring a few remaining reservations that include kids. Playacar Palace always allowed kids.
