Where is a good place to so stay near by playa

Im looking to go on a all inclusive trip. It would be my 1st time in mexico where would be the best place that has lots of things to do near playa

Hi,we find that the RIU TEQUILA is a great place to stay, its about a 200 m walk to the beach has it's own disco and lots of poolside activities and its only about a 20 min walk into PDC or a $4.00 cab ride. It a nice quiet place good for famlies as well as couples - we never felt crowded.

Playacar is good....
Riu's are a good stable of resorts...Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal is there...

RIGHT in town is the Royal Playa Del Carmen (Opened a year ago or so as the Royal Porto Real)

We stayed half the week at the Royal Porto Real in November, it's just steps

away from 5th Avenue in Playa.
