Has any one stayed in Hotel Cielo? I can not find any reviews on this site or Tripadvisor.

It used to be Hotel Santa Barbara...try that.

The name just changed. Try Hotel Santa Barbara. Although I believe they have just undergone some extensive remodeling, so even those reviews may not be up to date.
