Meeting Place at the airport...after customs

I am in need of a place to put my friend who is arriving 1 hour and 45 minutes before me. He will want to sit and drink a few cervezas...
I seem to remember something in T2 before you go thru security but I am not sure?
Any other ideas?

In the past we just have gone to the bar in the airport about 1/2 way down towards the ADO bus.

Yep in terminal 2 there is a bar between security gate (departures) and ADO counter. Take a look at the map of the aiport, I just posted a link in the thread for newcomers at the airport.

Just after one departs from the arrivals terminal (2), and before the entrance to departures, there is a new bar/cafe on the right side. It looks like an ideal place to sit and wait for a later-arriving friend. If you use it, let us all know what it's like.

We (Gingele and I) wanted to the same thing we were wating for L.O.A.B. (both Husband and Wife), we got off the plane we were taken directly to imigration and we couldn't wait in the bar. We took a charter flight using funjet, I don't know if that makes a difference or not? We then meet them outside by one of the beer carts getting hammered!!!
