My Favorite Laptop Died.......
After many years of reliable service my Toshiba Satellite Pro has died.....The Hard Drive gave out......It just started screaming......The bad news is I now have no laptop to do a web cast of the events from the Burger Bash to Zooms Triva and cant get it repaired in time......And it seems that all the laptops at Best Buy and Comp USA that are worth a damn are preloaded with Vista.....And of course I could not get the software app that I use for the casts to work with vista.....

I will PROBABLY bring my laptop and cam, but I never had time to set up my active cam account, etc!

Mikey, if you send the laptop to me via UPS Blue, I could replace the hard drive, install WinXP, Office2003, all windows patches and a bunch of other little odds & ends and deliver it to you in PDC. I roll into town on Tuesday, Feb-20 about 3:00pm.

Otherwise, I could bring a hard drive and an OEM CD for WinXP and do it there.
