I have tried, unsuccessfully to reach anyone at the BPA. I have sent 3 e-mails within the last month or so and no response. At one point I was getting a response, but no longer. Have questions because we are travelling with a elderly mother and need to speak to someone. This will be our 3rd time back, you would think someone would get back to me.
In any event, I am looking for a contact name with the e-mail address (for the Akumal side) so I may resend the e-mail I have been trying to send the last 3 times.
Can anyone help me out?
