Only one day

You have only one day to enjoy three of the best meals in Playa, where do you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Then where do you go to drown your sorrows that you only have one day in Playa?

This is easy...

Breakfast= La Cueva del Chango or the push cart tacos. If you get up early enough you can do both (just get 2 tacos at the carts)

Lunch= Babes

Dinner= HC Monterrey (La Pesca and Chicago Don Jose are popular too)

Edit: forgot the drinking part...I would do a lot of walking up and down fifth...have a drink (Tequila Barrel to people watch) then move on to the next bar...have a drink...more walking on fifth. Find a spot you like and drown away

I would do the tacos by the bus station very early (they close at 10:30-11:00).
Jog along the beach to Cueva del chango at midmorning.
Swim, run, frolic in the water, go running on the beach, well more actually walk on the beach, too many tourist on the sand at this time, to get to HC for Arrachera.
Stroll 5th and then go the room to clean and change, then hit Babes.

Skip Breakfast!

Lunch at Bloody Chica's.

Dinner at Babe's.

Capt. Dave's, with the Usual Suspects until 11:00 PM, then the Beer Bucket.

Late night dinner at El Fogon.

This works for me - EVERY DAY!

Looks like someone has gotten ahold of MY Day Planner.

We do breakfast at the carts, usually skip lunch, and then hit all the pizza places for slices

If I only had 1 day I would want to be on the beach as much as possible.

Breakfast, El Pirata ( if they still serve chiquilas).

Lunch, Playa Maya, Coconut Shrimp,

& shrimp ceviche

Dinner, La Tarraya.

After dinner, work your way north up the beach hitting as many beach bars/clubs as you can.

no shoes, no problem at any of these.
