Its a Timmys cup....you roll up the rim after you are done drinking & possibly win a prize....Of course all I have ever won is a doughnut but a guy won a car at the Tims close to us!

It's a seasonal thing. Kinda' like pouring a large double cream, double sugar down a ground hog burrow, and rolling a few Timbits in after. A couple of weeks later, the seed catalogues start to come out.
