What is the best hotel in PDC?

Me and a couple of my girlfriends are coming to PDC in late May (it will be our first time there). Since, this is my first time there I need as much advice as I can get (best place to stay, best places to eat, best places to visit, basically "the scoop"). This site has been very helpful and has some great info. We want to stay at a very nice with nice amenities. We were thinking of staying at a resort, but after researching we realized that resorts would probably be better place for couples and families. We are looking more for a singles scene. Any suggestions and/or recommendations? Thanks so much!

well how much do you want to spend....on the beach...does not matter..in town...or in the newer area north close to the best beach....many options.....i for one like mosquito blue.....have stayed many times there....riviera del sol is nice alittle north but a hop skip to the best beach.......staying at playa maya this trip....will report back.......also la tortuga is very nice......in the heart of pdc.....well this was just my imho....i am sure others will participate.....
