Profile Photos For Dummies

Ok I tried referencing a photo file http://home.earthlink.net/~brian1951/meOnShip.jpg and nothing happened.
I can access my homepage at: http://home.earthlink.net/~brian1951 but earthlink won't let me access an image stored in my homepage webspace.

For those of us not as advanced in web skills, could you introduce a photo upload option for Profiles? brian :oops: :P :-?
