Las Palmas

Can anyone tell me about Las Palmas? Contact information, rates, how are the beds? Are the birds a problems? We walked by one time and there was a bird fest in the trees just down the block. Louder than heck - is it always like that? Any information at all would be appreciated.

Great location, great place. No bird issues that I am aware of, but there are some of those wild turkey birds that come and go so maybe that's what you heard? They squalk big time, but there's no way to predict if they'll be around when you're there. They don't just sit in one place and scream all day and night! I wouldn't worry about that, really - just close your windows and turn the A/C on if they are a squalkin!

Unfortunately, Playa.Info doesn't carry these condos but you can check out their web site HERE. There are various size condos and the rates differ for each, but you'll find a rate chart on their site.

Nelly has been a pleasure to deal with. You can e mail her at this address:

The Las Palmas I'm looking for is a small budget hotel - not a condo. Is anyone out there familiar with it?

Sorry - I got the name wrong. It's Hotel La Paz I was wondering about. Las Palmas looks great though. We may end up staying there. I just talked to them. maybe it wasn't such a bad mistake after all.

Personally I think now we should remove this thread so others do not learn of Las Palmas ! Or We should rename the thread Hotel La Paz. (SHHHHHHH)

Well....after a while, there are FEW secrets here on the Forum.
And Las Palmas has been a condo fixture for several Peeps for some time.
