Greetings from Abu Dhabi!

We are so excited to hit PDC for an extended period this summer. My wife and I are both Canadian but now live in Abu Dhabi. We teach at a college over here so we are free for the summer. YIPPEE!!!
We passed through PDC on our way to Cozumel last year but only spent a night on both ends. So this time we have committed to seeing the sites, hanging out and relaxing. Though I am sure we will get a few dives in as well.
Hope to meet up with some of you folks in July. and to avoid the majority of the

Mike,
What do you guys teach? How does a prof end up in Abu Dabi? That's a long distance from Canada!

I always wanted to travel abroad but as life would have it I ended up teaching my way across Canada for a number of years. A long (and sometimes interesting - especially over tequila) story. Later I hit the other coast and just kept going.

I'm teaching Computer Science and my wife is an ESL teacher, so it works out when summer rolls around. But mostly I'm here for the warm weather. I've really become a "weather wimp"

Mike,
Let's move out to PDC! Your wife and I could open up an English school since I teach (haven't since I got pregnang with baby number 2) ESL at the University of Ferrara and DH has his own web studio!
