Hey there from southern California! I have checked out your forum several times, and I'm addicted. I especially love the trip reports. My hubby & I are heading to Playacar Palace in mid-April with another couple. It will be our first trip staying in Playa, but have been to the area once before (stayed at Aventura Spa Palace in 2004). Can't wait to give my very own trip report! (complete w/ pics of course...my favorite part!)

i was born in the megga town of Blythe LOL now thats a big town.

My dad lives in Laughlin, down the highway from Blythe.

I used to live in Fullerton.

Yeah, Laughlin is weird. You have to go to another state to buy your gas. (The prices on the Nevada side are pretty high). But then my dad went down to Needles to buy a car. (It cost less than in Arizona.)

I'm glad you liked my report. It was fun to write.

Be sure to ask Steve about the Basement Room.

(I kid your basement room because I love it, Steve.)
