What a great place?!
Don't know where else to post it...Everyone here seems sooooooooooo stinkin' nice. It's unbelievable! I can't wait to meet everyone, I'm so excited
to be going to Playa in May. I feel like I already know so many people!

So keep checking in because as more and more people (Peeps) post their May plans, more often than not, there becomes a "Peep Meet" somewhere in Playa where folks can share a beverage and a forum story or two. So.... Where are you staying and what's on your agenda? |

Cuff~
I'm stayin' at the Sandos Caracol, and I'm really really nervous because of all the trip reviews I've read. (If anyone has some fabulous, nothing but great reviews, it might ease my mind!)But, I'll be with my best friend Mac-Mac (also known as the world's best aunt) and my fabulous bf (B-rad from I.P...) so it's gotta be great! They haven't ever been to Mexico. I have. 8 years ago on a Spanish school trip, this is gonna be soooooo much better!! |

I remember you saying that a couple of days ago now....
Lots of interest in that resort recently. I think they're throwing out some very decently priced packages right now. I DID find this: Quote:
Oh.... And This Sandos Caracol Report from a stay in Early February... |

Lots of interest means more knowledge for me! I'm 24 and haven't been out of the good ol' US of A without supervision before. I want this to be the best trip of my life. Places like playa.info, make it possible! I'm sure it's posted somewhere else, but, BF and fav aunt want to go deep sea fishing. (No, I don't know why they want to be a gadzillion miles away from land, hoping to catch a slimey fish.) Any of you "tenured" PEEPS know how much it may cost them? And, does anyone know if there is alcohol on these fishing tours? If not, I'm tellin' them that fishin' is frowned upon in Mejico!

Welcome!! I've stayed at Sandos twice recently and honestly I actually really like the place...my only complaint is the rocky beach, but a walk about 5 mins to the right (when facing water) you'll find a nice beach....Plus you can walk the beach all the way to town...We did it in about 45 mins...(But we walk fast, most ppl take an hour)

Heaven forbid that they won't let you drink on the boat! Bite your tongue girl. I'm sure you will have the bestest time of your life in Playa! |
