Riu Tequila - Best Room Location??

My wife and daughter are there this coming May, i have a map of the complex, can anyone, who has stayed there, tell me what they view as the best room location is on the complex.

I would like to contact the resort closer to the day and request a specific area.

Another thing, i must admit most of the reviews give the resort a fantastic report, but it does make me wonder about those who seem to of hated it.

How good/nice is it there??
