Spring Fever!
We finally have a beautiful Sunny day here in Minnesnowda!!
It's 55 degrees and supposed to get up to 60!! Okay, Texas and California, I know that doesn't seem that warm to you, but for us it is awesome! Of course, I am stuck at work. (and not supposed to be on here )The good news is that it is supposed to be mid 60's tomorrow bad news is, we are supposed to get rain and thunderstorms all day Sunday. So one day of enjoyment for us!I can't wait to start seeing flowers popping up and the birds singing and leaving windows open all day long. In short... I have spring fever!!! Woohoo!!!

It has been in the 70's and 80's here.
It is gorgeous outside... Dark royal blue sky, warm Santa Ana winds, puffy white clouds on the horizon, and the air smells like flowers... But, if we don't get rain soon, everything will get crunchy and dried up.

It is going to be really warm here too this weekend, about 11 C for a high Saturday and Sunday
(just below 60 F; I realize 'really warm' is a relative term , there will be people in shorts and short sleeves here in those temps- not ME of course, I am not crazy ). Finally our huge piles of snow can start melting. Not too fast hopefully so it will sink in and not run off. |

Seven days until my boys will be out for their Spring Break. We're off to FL for some sun & sand. Not ANYTHING like Playa, but it's betten than IN. I'll stand on the gulf coast, check my bearings, wave to the southwest and raise a glass of cheer.

It's cloudy but very nice today. You can really smell spring in the air!
We were supposed to have thunderstorms today and tomorrow. I am so gald that it is not raining. My dog goes nuts: pacing and panting and tyring to get in the car - over and over and over again for hours. Even tranquilizers don't help her much. She doesn't toletrate them so we just deal with her behaviors. I am hoping this keeps up and the rain stays far away so the mud we have can dry up and I can walk in the yard without having to wonder what I just stepped in.... |
