I emailed them early last week about rooms and then sent them a follow up email at the end of the week after I didn't hear back from them. They did email me yesterday and said they were truly sorry and that they were experiencing internet problems. So, if this is really the case, hopefully you'll hear back from them soon.
I'm pretty sure we are going to keep our reservations at the Eclipse, but still would love your feedback when you return. Have a wonderful time!
