Good thing about digital pics now is you can blow them up and frame them and they look great... sometimes better than the professional shots... but I know what you mean about them posing at the pro places...

I just got all of mine chopped off also. It looks so much better, but is so much harder to take care of! I have to use a straightener or it frizzes, and I have to actually use "products" now!

My son looks so much like his grandfather (my Dad). He's got his blue eyes. My sister had blue eyes too!

Me, I've got green eyes.
Now, our younger son (13) looks more like my husband. He's got the dark brown eyes.

Yes, I did give him permission as long as he came in our car, to have a few drinks on Thanksgiving. Hell, he's in college and I know he has more than a few on the weekends there! It's not been an easy decision for me though. I'm afraid he'll like it too much!

I thought college years would be a breeze..................NOT!

Not today, but Thanksgiving Day.

We played a lot of games. This year we played a few rounds of this game. See the cards my nephew is holding up:

Yes, Fact or Crap, that's the name of the game. Kids love to play it, cuz they love to get to say, "That's CRAP!" as loud as they want. Riley preferred eating the cards (sorry, Grandma

)

My brother and sister had a bet--if the Cowboys were ahead at halftime, my sister had to wear a Cowboys jersey for the rest of the game. Here she is, the big loser (and yes, the card was her commentary on the whole situation):

And here are Mike and my brother playing their own games... damn Blackberries (you can see Riley's kitty on Mike's knee and Ryan refusing to be part of the picture):

We got the outside lights done...and tomorrow we are going to pick out our tree at the tree farm.

I'll be setting my Christmas tree up only the on Dec 23. We don't really do it before Christmas over here....

Got some more pics from Zurich for you where I've been the past 3 days. I wanted to check out my new cam (Canon Powershot G9) although I didn't really have much time to take pics... Liked the Christmas deco though.

When I pass this clock (which is ALL the times I am in Zurich)....

I think about the other one I saw in Chile in September....

This is a theatre...

Those are the famous 'Luxemburgerli' from Spruengli. They are filled with cream of different tastes (on the pic it's vanilla, cinamon and tangerine).

Truffel cake at Spruengli... *yummmmmmm*

Short glance at the Christmas Market in the main train station.

Next week hopefully I will have a few pics from Paris for you. Have to work there and will have only tuesday evening off. Hope to be able to take a few pics....
