I'm new from Upstate NY

Hi all,
Just want to say hello to all of the fellow travel lovers. This my 1st trip to PDC and I totally can't wait for that wonderful sun to hit my face. Seeing that it snowed last night and is again as I type.
After reading some of your posts it sounds like an amazing time will be had...and probably will become addictive. Worse things could happen.
My hubby and I are staying at the RIU Yucatan the 21st - 28th. We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary, so no kids coming along for the ride. YEAH! Maybe next time...
Well goodnight all and see ya soon in PDC!!!
Sockiegirl

Valley Falls is about 10 miles north of Troy and 20 miles east of Saratoga Springs. We are at the top of Rennselaer county. Where are you from?

We are about 30 minutes south of Lake George.
We camp seasonally, about 10 - 15 min from there.

to RIU Yucatan !!!

Welcome to the board!
Hubby and I are former Upstate New Yorkers! We moved here 5 years ago (too much snow there) from Queensbury. Where do you camp? There are some great places all over.... Sacandaga, Lake Luzurne, Warrensburg...)

I'm about 30 minutes further south, just the other side of the river from Albany. Bring home some of that Playa sunshine with you when you come back. Hope you have a great trip!

Hola Michelle,
I will not let my hubby see your post. He is already looking at the real estate there. I'm sure it's as beautiful as you all say!!
But not sure if I am ready to pack up all of my bags yet. May change my mind in a couple of weeks.. Will let you know
