Luna Encantada - Stayed Here?
I did a search
and didn't really find any results as far as reviews of this place....![]() Have any of you-guys ever stayed at these condos that are right next to the Fusion Hotel (to the left of the Fusion if standing on the beach and looking right at the Fusion) or do you know anyone who has stayed at them? Just curious..... I've searched for reviews on the internet and haven't found too many of them, either. Thanks to the peeps! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Thanks, ami! Yeah, looks like they have maybe been renting about a year or so. I was hoping maybe a few peeps had stayed in them. But you're right, so far I haven't had much luck finding too many reviews.
Anyway, if anyone has stayed here, let me know what you thought of the place... ![]() |

Luna Encantada has 24 units in total. All of them are 2 bedrooms unless someone has converted a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Unlikely but possible. Underground parking, elevator and infinity pool. Penthouses have private rooftop solariums. All units have an ocean view but some have better views than others. Hope this helps.

I'm staying in a 3-bedroom unit the second week of May. I'll hopefully write a trip report... but if I don't, please feel free to send me a private message and I'll tell you all about it!
ETA: Unless you're going to be staying in one in 13 days... if that is the case, I may be sending you a private message! |

When we stayed at Fusion we saw the inside of one of the Luna condos while walking by. They must have been cleaning and left the door open....very POSH is all I could see!
The beach in front is like Fusion's...very rocky. There were a few lounge chairs out front but I never saw anyone sitting on them. |

Yes, we were originally scheduled to stay at another hotel, but for various and sundry reasons decided to change places....so, we are now booked at Luna in 13 days. I'll let ya know what we think of them. We'll be in A1 for 4 days and E2 for 3 days. |

We just returned from our Luna Encantada vacation last weekend. We loved our unit and you won't find a better condo location. You are on the beach and only a short walk to 5th Ave. We were in a 3BR unit. The master BR is large and has access to the deck. The other two BR are smaller and really have no view. Because beachfront property is limited, the neighboring properties are pretty close.
I thought the property managers did a great job. One dropped by each day to see if things were to our satisfaction. We had a couple of unusual occurances during our stay which could have really ruined our trip had it not been for the management company. For some reason, the property ran out of water one evening. I don't know what the problem was, but I assume the trucks did not fill the resevoir to capacity. The issue was corrected very early the next morning. We also had a minor fire break out in our unit after our AC was serviced. The managers were on the scene imediately and moved us to another unit. They really made sure we were happy. Also, when our boys asked for a toaster on our first day a brand new one was delivered that afternoon. We would return to Luna Encantada without a doubt. We had originally looked at Xaman Ha, but the had no more 3BR units available. I went down to the pier to look at the Xaman Ha beachfront and I thought there was no comparison. Luna was much better and we never had a problem finding lounge chair to use. We really enjoyed our stay in PDC and Luna Encantada. |

That's so great to hear Golden Gopher! Do you remember which units you were in? I know they don't have a whole lot of 3Br/2Ba units. That really puts my mind at ease! We are so looking forward to our vacation! We just booked this property 2 days ago....it's such a last minute booking, so it's nice to hear something from someone who has stayed there!
Thanks for your input! By the way, do they have lounge chairs on the beach? I know they do by the pool. Just wasn't sure if they actually provided any down on the beach... Thanks! ![]() ![]() |
