Tin/Aluminum: Traditional 10th Anniversary gift. Help.

We'll be at the Barcelo from May 16 thru the 23rd. Our anniversary is on the 18th. I had thought about buying my husband something from here and taking it, but then I thought.. "aluminum/tin" is the gift. I bet I could find some cool art piece or other gift of that nature possibly in Playa.
What do y'all think? I've never been, so I'm not sure what to look for.
Any ideas?

Unless it's your silver or golden aniversary.....get him something he would like. Just my opinion. Unless you can find a bottle of liquoir in a Tin bottle.

Problem solved.

2008 BMW M3

410 HP ALL-Aluminum Engine.

It'll be a big hit, believe me.

I'm about ready to settle for those hats!
I can't help but think of foil when I think of aluminum or tin, but I know better than that.

I'm not going to hold my breath on the diamonds. He thinks this trip to Playa is my gift.

Which I will graciously accept! I have no problem with that! I'd rather travel than get jewelry anyday!!

You never know!
When we were in Zihua in February we were with three other couples and one of them were celebrating their 10th anniversary that week. They went out for supper and he surprised her with a gorgeous band with ten diamonds. She thought the same thing, that the trip was their gift- she was blown away.

It was funny because she does all the household finances and her first question after she calmed down was 'Is this paid for?" But he had been saving his expense account reimbursements for two years. Then she was even happier.

Aww, that's sweet.
That would have been the first thing I thought of, too. "How did you pay for this?"
Isn't that awful?
My husband actually likes art, which is why I was thinking of purchasing something there. I keep picturing a repousse panel like this one, but Mexican not Thai.

I found some stuff on Novica that looks pretty interesting from Mexico. I guess it's the aluminum part that I may have problems finding. But hey... who needs aluminum?

This Virgin of Guadalupe is a relief panel, but I'm not crazy about it, but it is made from aluminum!
