Cabfare from Barcelo Maya to Playa Del Carmen

Hello, Have decided on the Barcelo Maya Resort. How much is cabfare from there to the town of Playa Del Carman ? Would it be worth the cabfare to take a ride into town. I have no idea whats there. Thanks

I cannot tell you the exact amount I was just at the playacar last week. I can tell you that it is quite away from PDC towards Tulum.. I would assume
around $12.00 each way however they have a transit van system you walk out to the HWY which is a short hike and they have vans that run between cancun to Tulum that are only $2.00. Many people use them. They come every five minutes

We just got back 2 weeks ago from Barcela Maya.You'll love the hotel.We took cabs most of the time.It was $15USD each wayto Playa .Expensive but my sister was with us and has a big problem with heat.It was worth it to us.
