ASP-Wed check in-choice of rooms??

We arrive on wed this time usually go sat to sat.

Anyone have any experience with room availability mid week?

Concerned better located rooms will be taken.

Any input?

if they stay pretty booked, you take what you can get.
how much time are you going to spend in your room?
bad rooms for me would include uncomfortable bed, too hot, too much noise.
although i dont have to have a a/c, a ceiling fan or gulf breeze works. noise level would have to be pretty high to keep me from sleeping. and the bed would have to be pretty bad.
i consider a bad day in playa is better than a good day at home.

enjoy your trip.

Aventura Spa Palace is the resort.

Your correct Dave not in the room that much but such a big property the walking gets to us.

Were not "spring chickens" anymore even though the walking burns off the food and drinks consumed.

Just wondered if less rooms were available mid week.

I guess it would depend on how many conventions due that week and when they arrive.

Either way I am looking forward to sun, sand and

From our past experience room availability mid-week might depend on if there are any conventions going on there that week. With conventions usually being three and four day affairs, you might have a better shot at getting your room requests. Then again in the 6 times we've been we've only not gotten the rooms we requested once at check in, and were able to change rooms the following day.

This being our 4 time I hope we get the requested building but it won't ruin our trip if not I will ask for a change.
This trip we opted for 10 days as we loose the 2 days of travel so I am really go to go with the flow and take what comes.

Appreciate all comments

One of these years we'll have to coordinate our stays at the ASP. It's always nice to meet people from this board, especially those who love the ASP

ASP is the Aventura Spa Palace.
My wife and I are Palace members and have usually arrived on a weekend day as opposed to mid-week.
More often than not, if you are unhappy with your room, they will be accomodating to get you into a new room. The only reason why that might be hard to do is because of the increased capacities caused by the heavilly damaged properties that are only now starting to come back to life.
