Let's see, I think on our last trip we had a couple of rollerboards and one bag the size of a Yugo...for one week in PDC. Does that qualify?

Last year I started vacation with a $25 charge from the airline because my suitcase was over the weight limit.

I hear that! That is the dumbest thing! I tried to pack all of my scuba stuff in with my other stuff and was over weight. I was like, I can have 2 60lbs bags and not one 75lbs one.

We always over pack. We also swear that next time we won't. Actually had to remove some stuff from one suitcase last year because we finally broke the weight limit..... We pack like Thirston Howell on a 3 hour tour.

I used to overpack...took damned near everything I owned with me to Playa. Now I have this tiny little carryon. No one can believe I can get everything in there that I need, but I can!...Hairdryer and all.

And now I can run through the airport and catch the bus a lot faster

OMG NoAngelx it sounds like we went to the same packing class. We usually go for 14 days (18 this time) and I take everything but the pets. Poor husband just watches in wonder when the case comes in 1/2 pound under the limit.
