Sorry to hear things weren't up to scratch, we have so much expectation and hope pinned on our holidays that it's such a disappointment when things aren't right.
I can't understand how you would consider going back to the same hotel though, given that the service is unlikely to change even if you can get a proper bed. There are so many other hotels on the same strip maybe you should give a Riu or an Iberostar a try, they seem to try much harder to keep their customer happy, and I'm certain they wouldn't refuse you extra water!
