Yep, Facebook addict indeed.

My mornings are very similar to trishab's:

Login to computer, check work email, check hotmail (both accounts), check Facebook, check Myspace, check Playa.info, check college alumni network page, then read the newspaper online.

I definitely agree that FB is better than Myspace. I've gotten in touch with so many people that I wouldn't have otherwise. A lot simpler, and the news feed has actually grown on me. It's like instant gossip...is that bad?!

Crackbook, er... uh... Facebook addict here as well. Love it - instant gossip is right! It is clean and easy to use. myspace is to cluttered and not as intuitive.

I know, I love knowing when each and every one of my old friends from high school writes on another of my high school friends walls. I know more about my high school friends now than I did when I saw them everyday!

Plus the myspace servers aren't all that good, at least for me. I get lots of "errors" and "failed to connect".
You are so very right...I know a special girl who complains about the slow stuff also on Myspace.

I think I am just a creature of habit more then anything...

Same here. Some of the things I've learned about my friends through Fb are pretty interesting...

So I was messing around with FB a bit...wow, I feel old. Everyone there is still in highschool or just going to college.

Not everyone. I've graduated from both for a few years...

Lots of younger folks, for sure - but I have managed to reconnect with a STAGGERING number of people I went to school with, ranging in age from 30-35 years old (HS Grad 1990-1994). And a number of them have parents that have profiles that I have seen as well!

This is very true! On FB, about 15 of my 150 high school classmates (1999) have signed up. Class of 2000 has about 40 or so, but 2001 has close to 80, and it keeps growing exponentially from there! Just about everyone in my sister's class (2006) has an account!

I think this stems from the fact that when it started a couple years ago, you had to be a student of either a college or high school, and have a valid email address for that school to sign up. Just recently they started allowing anyone and everyone to join due to the overwhelming requests, thus allowing the "older folk" to get in on the fun.

When I joined last fall, the alumni of our college were allowed to create email addresses through the school that ended in alum.edu to allow for "alumni networking" exclusively through FB. Then, it was the only way for us to sign up.
