Small world isn't it. But I guess only the coolest go to Playa!

I'm sure you are gonna love it. My daughter and I are staying at the Sandos in July - but we are gonna go to PA to check it out for a day trip. Looks beautiful there too.

Don't forget to write a trip report!

Oh.....as long as that plane was still on the ground, I was getting on board. If I didn't get on board that plane, they were gonna pay for 8 of us to fly on Continental so it was in their best interest to open that door. Trust me, I was flying out that day, no matter what! The other thing that was uncalled for was that the ticket agent accused me of lying about the call I received - until I had her listen to the voice mail that USA 3000 left me! THAT ticked me off big time, don't dare call me a liar, really. The people already on board were not very happy as it was about 8:30am and they had all been there since 5am - I think on the plane since 7:45am. But the plane was delayed no matter what, it was supposed to take off at 7am - it just wasn't AS delayed as they told a select few of us. And this was not booked via Apple, this was booked directly with the airline. I still like USA3000 - heck, shiate happens on ALL airlines. But this particular incident was not a snafu related to weather, mechanical issues or something out of their control so I really feel that some kind of explanation should be forthcoming.

...calling a customer a liar is totally unacceptable...they didn't know who they were messing with ...glad it wasn't a timid traveler...their vacation could (would) have been ruined...

What a small world! I grew up in Philadelphia, but have lived in Eagleville for 26 years. One time I struck up a conversation with someone on the beach in Nassau, Bahamas and she told me she was from a small town in PA----Trooper!!!!!!!

We flew with them last year out of Buffalo,we had booked thru Apple. They were great. But they stopped service there so this year we flew Continental. We liked usa3000 so much more. You get way more for your money. And it is so much more comfortable. My DH is 6 ft and he really noticed a difference,LOL.Next year I think we'll either drive to Hartford or Newark to fly w/them again.

Seems like a lot of happy clients. Too bad for us it got sold out before I could get my tickets, so stuck with AA now. A non-stop flight would have been great but now we have to connect via Miami

Shammy - your experience i guess reflects the tradeoff for flying with a smaller airline/operation, but you did have quite a few great experiences with them right? USA3000 surely appear to be a level above the rest of the commercial airlines (suited for vacation goers) but on very few ocassions I have heard them making bubus. Also, one of their rep told me they rarely cancel flights since they have limited flights to most of the destinations (like 2-3 times a week, as opposed to 2-3 times a day that AA or continental would have) so they would rather delay flight than cancel.

I will surely try them the next time.

We flew them out of Bradley (Hartford CT/Springfield MA) last Christmas.

My only complaint is that their schedule out of Bradley tends to "cheat" you out of extra vacation time that flying someone else earlier out and later back would give you.

I noticed that with Bradley also.It was the same way w/Buffalo.They fly out of Newark early in the morning though.I think we will probably drive there next time. It's worth it to me to be there as early as possible.
