I just booked our family vacation at the Lindo in August.

This will be our second vacation in about 6 weeks because my hubby and I are going to the IB Grand at the end of June. I told him after this year we are going to start taking our couples vacation in February or March.

Anyone happen to know how a jr suite at the Lindo differs from a standard? That ended up being the best price and I'm trying to find out what we'll get.

We really looooved the Lindo. Great choice for a family getaway. I'm not sure about the Jr. Suite though. I remember that there were Jacuzzi rooms but they were on the ground floors and the Jacuzzi was outside the room. Not sure what they were thinking when they planned that. However, you will get a better chance of sneaking a peak at the "Grand". I understand that you have excellent taste. Awaiting your trip report on the "Grand". Still trying to decide on the Royal Playa del Carmen or the Grand for Christmas. Have a great time at the Lindo.
