Another of our MUST stops (off 5th) for excellent ceviche and prawn cocktails is Cockteleria Veracruz - an orange building on 10th (couple blocks south of Juarez) right opposite the carpark next to Paseo del Carmen where southern end of 5th shopping starts.
Lovely big prawns and loads of them marinated just right, preceded by a delicious complimentary cup of seafood broth. Flan is good here too. Consistently good, always clean, can take out also but closes around 6-7pm. A trip to Playa is not complete for us without a visit here - totally addictive! |
