RPDC - Smoking Room?

I just completed my online check-in for the RPDC. I was hoping that I could upgrade to an Ocean Front room - and whatta ya know....one was available in the Uxmal wing, second floor, so I grabbed it.

One problem - its a smoking room. And a lot of the other Ocean View rooms that were available were smoking rooms.

We're non-smokers, and hoping someone will tell us that a smoking Ocean Front room is no big deal......Please?

We had a smoking Ocean "View" room at the GPR two weeks ago. We're both non-smokers. It really was not a big deal at all. We weren't able to smell anything upon entering, ever...

We had a smoking room (didn't even realize it at first

) and even with my asthma it was not a problem. I am usually very sensitive to it! Enjoy, that will be a great room!
