Hi All,
Well I am obviously new here - so let me tell you alittle about me and my family.

I am married and we have one child Alaina who is 12y/o - We love gardening, bird watching, nature walks - AND TRAVEL!

We have been to Florida/WDW countless times and just recently start branching out - been to Seattle Houston Chicago and All of New England.

I decided and i don't know why but we should go to Mexico - 1st looking at Cancun but then decided not the right destination for us. Found Playa del carmen and started doing research on many sites(this one seems to have the most useful info) and now I can't wait to be there!

Originally we thought about AI but thats just not our style so we are renting a condo at the Xaman HA condos for a week in december this year.

I have SOO many ?'s to all you PDC experts but I will go to the appropriate boards and ask

EXCEPT this one ? if anyone knows

If I am standing on the beach looking at the Xaman Ha condos and the ferry dock is to the right, whats the resort/condos between The Xaman ha condos and the ferry dock???

Can't wait to get to know more about all you and the area of PDC

The white resort is the recently finished and rennovated Playacar Palace (part of the Palace Resorts chain)..
