Caribbean Car Rental?

We will be renting a car for our stay in Playa. I looked into this rental company and it seems like a really good deal. About $200 for a week with full coverage insurance and their website states they'll pick you up at the airport free of charge. Has anyone ever used this company before? If so, how was the experience and did they live up to their promises of great rates and service?
Also, if anyone has any suggestions for a good car rental company that they've used before, that would awesome too!

My dh and I used this company last year. Everything was exactly as promised. They picked us up at the airport, drove us to their office, where we picked up our car. When we dropped the car off they met us at the airport and brought our paperwork with them. We signed our cc slip and were off. We had no problems whatsoever. We are using them again this year and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.
