tides
Is there a big difference between high tide and low tide in playa and surrounding areas.Just wondering if there is alot more beach at low tide.

So nobody is going to tell me if there is more beach at low tide than high tide.On the east coast there is 50 to 100 more feet of beach at low tide.I looked at tide tables on internet and did'nt look like big difference at cozemel but i don't actually know what that means.

Had a conversation with the fellas from the FatCat when we were there in April about tides. They were sayin' that the tidal change is less than a meter.... pretty hard to notice I guess.
